Personal Injury
We represent people injured in vehicle collisions, on someone else’s property and on job sites where someone other than the employer is at fault, and the families of people who have died through another’s negligence.
We start with the claim to the insurer: we gather the medical records, the wage loss and the property damage and make the demand. If the claim is not resolved there, we file suit in circuit court and try the case to a jury.
Oregon law limits the time to file these claims, so call us soon after the injury. We offer to handle these matters on a contingent fee where appropriate.
We also defend injury claims when an insurer retains us, described under Insurance Defense.
