Debt and Collection
We represent creditors collecting commercial debts, judgments and debts secured by real property, and debtors defending collection suits where the debt is disputed.
For creditors we send the demand, file suit, obtain the judgment and enforce it by judgment lien, garnishment and execution. We foreclose trust deeds, mortgages, and construction and agricultural liens. The deadlines for liens are short, so call us as soon as the work is done or the crop is delivered and the bill is unpaid.
For debtors we defend the suit and negotiate a settlement or payment terms.
We are not a collection agency and do not collect consumer debts in volume. We do not practice bankruptcy law.
