Experts and Maps
On a land matter we work with the licensed surveyors, appraisers, engineers and certified water rights examiners the matter requires. We retain them for the client, give them the deeds, surveys, leases and water right records they need, and present their work in negotiation or in court.
We also prepare maps of the property from the deeds, the recorded surveys, the easements and the water rights, so that the client, the experts and the court work from the same map.
We help landowners organize their land records, the deeds, surveys, easements, water right certificates and leases, so that the records can be found when a sale, an estate or a dispute calls for them.
