Estate Planning and Administration
We prepare wills, trusts and the documents that go with them, and we administer estates and trusts after a death. We also represent parties in will and trust contests and in elder financial abuse claims.
Many of the estates we handle include land: a house, a farm or ranch, timber land or a share of a family business. We plan for how that property passes to the next generation.

Estate Planning
Wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney and advance directives, the deeds and designations that carry property outside probate, and farm and ranch succession.
Estate Administration
Probate in the circuit court, the simple estate affidavit, trust administration after a death, and the property that passes outside probate by survivorship or beneficiary designation.
Contested Estates
Will and trust contests, disputes over a fiduciary's conduct, and removal of a personal representative or trustee.
Elder Abuse
Claims for elderly people, people with disabilities and their families when money or property has been taken, and restraining orders against the abuser.
