Contracts

We write and review the contracts a business operates under: supplier and customer agreements, service agreements, leases of business premises and equipment, and agreements with contractors.

When a business is handed the other party’s form, we review it before it is signed, explain what it requires and negotiate changes. When the business needs its own form, we write it. We address what happens if one side does not perform, how the contract ends, and where and how a dispute is decided.

Disputes over contracts are handled under Litigation and Appeals.
